After a part is plated, it goes through the quality assurance room for another time to be checked for any imperfections. After the part has gone through nickel and chrome, it is checked for final fit, cleaned, & the backsides are painted. If there is any detail painting or logo inserts, that is done at this time as well. The part is then wrapped with a job number and placed in a drawer to be protected from any damage. It is also put with any other parts of the job until the whole job is completed. Our employees are artisans that have the ability to take apart and put back together pieces with correct rivets and custom made hardware.
